A lot of my Mtn bikers have confidence issues when going back on the trail! 😩They worry about re-injury😔 👉 They have lost confidence 👉 They don't like starting from a lower level of skill (I don’t either) 💪 They want to be back at where they were before the crash or injury There are some main tips that I give them to help crush through the mental challenges! Your Body Position when riding downhill is HUGE! This position can affect if you crash or not, but can also affect if you stress yoru body in an acceptable way or if you are placing undue stress in certain spots, aka your hips. More specifically your back leg's hip! Find out some easy changes you can make to your position to help your body. |
