A lot of my Mtn bikers have confidence issues when going back on the trail! 😩They worry about re-injury😔 👉 They have lost confidence 👉 They don't like starting from a lower level of skill (I don’t either) 💪 They want to be back at where they were before the crash or injury There are some main tips that I give them to help crush through the mental challenges!
