A brief description of you and your riding: I started racing bikes on the velodrome in 1985, and worked my way through criteriums, road, cyclocross and cross country racing before finding my home on the Pro Downhill circuit in 1998. In 2011, with three Masters World Downhill Championships and 25 years of racing in my pocket, I turned my focus to coaching and started Dirt Rock n Root Training LLC. My main objective is to bring more women and kids into mountain biking and to promote mountain biking as a lifetime sport. I prefer riding rocky, technical trails - just like we have in north NJ where I learned to mountain bike. Downhill is still my favorite type of riding, and when not coaching, you can find me shredding the trails at Mountain Creek Bike Park. Mountain biking for me is more than just a form of exercise, it is a way of life and helps me keep my head on straight. While it can't solve every problem, a day on the bike can make life easier.

Brief description of riding: Brief version is that coaching cyclists and doing skills instruction is my 3rd career. My 1st career was a professional bicycle racer. In my 2nd career, I transitioned into outdoor education and mountain guiding. I have a master's degree in Outdoor Education / Adult Education. Now in my 3rd career, I've been able to combine a lifetime of experience riding bikes and teaching outdoor skills to help me bring excellence to bicycle coaching and skills instruction. I love helping people experience joy through the process of working hard and reaching their goals.
A brief description of you and your riding: Heidi Coulter is a mother of three that fell in love with mountain biking over 17 years ago. She has been playing in the woods and racing ever since. She learned the hard way by hitting countless trees and falling off almost every bridge at a local trail. This year she is got second at the Breck Epic 6-day stage race in Colorado in 50+ and won the Open Expert/Pro Women Ohio Mountain Bike Championship Series. She has a wealth of knowledge of what and what not to do in mountain biking and racing. She is the President of COMBO, Lead Instructor for Dirt School, BICP-Certified Level 2 Intermediate Skills Instructor and a Gators MTB Youth Coach.

A brief description of you and your riding: I am 48 years old and I have had nearly 20 years of experience competing in various forms of cycling, alongside this I have also been very fortunate in my role as a Sport Scientist to get to work with athlete from a variety of different sports including; Cycling, Diving, Figure Skating and Golf, helping them to compete at the highest level (Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games, World Championships). A brief description of you and your riding: Tiffany Rhodes is an ICP-certified mountain bike coach through the International Mountain Biking Association and is a member of both IMBA and NEMBA. A lifelong advocate for adventure sports and travel, Tiffany has worked as an educator for outdoor education programs and has traveled to over 60 different countries and all of the continental states leading adventure travel expeditions.
