Tip 1: NECK STIFFNESS Do you have trouble turing your head when driving? Your neck may be stiff!
If your neck is stiff you need to get it moving. I use a towel to help get more movement.
Tip 2: POSTURE!! How are you positioned on your bike? Do you wonder about your bike fit for neck pain?
It may not be your fit, but your strength in your neck to help stop neck pain when riding.
Do you look up and jut your chin forward on the bike?
