So I started designing programming and diving into the research for strength and conditioning. I knew that I needed to feel better, get stronger, and change my life!
I have learned that I'm not the only one who has struggled on this path and have designed programs to help other mtn biking ladies - who want to feel different on the trail - but are "normal" ladies. Not wanting to spend all my time working out - but wanting to see the difference on the trail.
The Ride Life was born.
In these programs I have used my Doctor of Physical Therapy Background and my engineering background to balance women's body's and guide through the activation and strengthening of muscles for better riding and control on the bike.
Helping ladies to feel them using their glutes and not just quads, to support their back not stress it, and to improve posture for better breathing and neck support.
